About Leslie
My background is rooted in both artistry and leadership. I hold a Master of Music in Piano Performance from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a BA in Music with a Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University.
An award-winning pianist in my early years, I later channeled that same discipline into managing teams and scaling businesses. In 2012, inspired by joining a rock band for fun, I launched a concierge music lesson program at SEI Investments. My vision was to help busy executives unplug and tap into a different side of their brain through the piano.
Yet something even more profound was happening --- clients were shifting out of performance mode and into possibility. They were asking new questions. Making unexpected connections. Reclaiming parts of themselves they hadn’t accessed in years.

I realized that the practices I'd refined through a lifetime in the creative realm held transformational potential. Today I serve as a trusted guide and confidante to those who have forged bold paths and wish to express the full range of who they are.​
