MEET LESLIE
My background is rooted in both artistry and leadership; I hold a Master of Music in Piano Performance from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a BA in Music with a Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University.
From my early days as an award-winning classical pianist to a 25-year professional career spanning management, operations, and entrepreneurship, creative evolution has been at the heart of my work.
In 2012, inspired by joining a rock band for fun, I launched a concierge music program at an investment firm to help executives unplug and tap into a different side of themselves through the piano.
Yet something even more profound was happening --- clients were shifting out of performance mode and into possibility. They were asking new questions. Making unexpected connections. Reclaiming parts of themselves they hadn’t accessed in years.
I realized that the practices I'd refined through a lifetime in the creative realm held potential far beyond the piano. Today I serve as a trusted thought partner to those who have forged bold paths and sense there's still more to discover within.
